The Sam Gilliam Visiting Artist Program brings two contemporary artists to Louisville each year to spark dialogue and collaboration with Kentucky artists and community members. Embracing a broad definition of creative practitioners—from painters to librarians and urban planners—the program offers public presentations, workshops, studio visits, and more.
