It’s Spring Break time! Gather the family and travel to the Speed for our Spring Family Day. During this afternoon, the Museum will be filled with programming created for families. Get ready for storytime, drop-in artmaking, and scavenger hunts throughout the Museum. These activities will be included in your ticket to the Museum.

Programming for the day! 

1 – 4 pm: Dive in a Museum wide scavenger hunt 

1 – 4 pm: Imagination Playground in the Gheens Court 

1 – 4 pm: Explore color with activities and storytelling in Gallery 2, 4, and 5 

1 – 4 pm: Grab an activity book for our newest exhibition Rounding the Circle: The Mary and Al Shands Collection

1 – 4 pm: Play some checkers, chess, and/or card games in the English Renaissance Room

1:30 & 3:30: Screening of Warm and Fuzzy in the Speed Cinema

1:30 – 3:30 pm: Make a “warm fuzzy” for yourself in the Atrium!
