Helen LaFrance is a self-taught Kentuckian who brought life to her memories through painting. Inspired by our new special exhibition of her work, Kentucky Women: Helen LaFrance, this workshop will teach you how to construct your own memory dioramas! Recreate one of LaFrances’ scenes or bring in a reference image of a place from your own life to use in your shadow box. Now that special memory that lives in your heart can also live on your shelf!
