Session: Barre3
Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout combining strength, cardio and mindfulness. This 45-minute, low-impact, high-intensity class will leave you feeling balanced in body and empowered from within.
Join us in the Atrium every 2nd Sunday of the month for a free body movement class! Previous classes have included yoga with Kentucky Yoga Initiative and barre class from Barre3. Please bring your own materials, such as yoga mats, towels, and water bottles.
Please note, the Museum entrance does not open till 12 pm.
